If you recognize yourself FROM ANYTHING I HAVE TALKED ABOUT on my website, then I can help and would like to invite you talk to me for an initial consultation.

You will get a good understanding of how coaching can work for you. You may just gain some knowledge or tips you can use.

 The common requirement is regularity.   This will consist of either weekly or fortnightly sessions,this is to give you time to notice solid results..  I  recommend a minimum of four to six sessions, each session lasts for arond 60 minutes per consultation.

 I personally prefer to offer face-to-face coaching, however I understand this is not always possible, so I can offer coaching by telephone or email if requested..
