 The common requirement is regularity.   This will consist of either weekly or fortnightly sessions,this is to give you time to notice solid results..  I  recommend a minimum of four to six sessions, each session cost £65 for each 40 minute consultation.

There is a charge for the initial consultation of £50. I personally prefer to offer face-to-face coaching, however I understand this is not always possible, so I can offer coaching by telephone or email if requested..
