 Thanks for the coaching session yesterday. I am now feeling much better, I seem to have found what I lost. The session with you allowed me to explore some issues that I have been juggling with for some time. I now have more insight to how I’m limiting myself from moving forward.

I like the way you used my metaphors with me to help me understand what was blocking me from moving forward.
I’m going to prune back the rose bush to create more light in and I’m considering planting a sun flower to tend instead of tendering the rose bush. This will allow me to focus on one project rather than many projects. It will be a change for me but that makes it all the more exciting.
 
I have already come up with ideas of how I can make the one project work for me and get better results. I have released my passion for this project and it feels well suited to what I want to achieve.
 
I have also read part of the book that you gifted to me and gone through some of the exercises. I have released my limiting beliefs as it instructs and it does feel much better already. I am eager to continue to read the book and see where it takes me.

I got in touch with Jill because I had had enough of the way I felt after my partner had been gone nearly 18 months.

We began by finding out what I wanted out of the sessions, not easy by any means of the word! I found that I was lacking self confidence and disliked myself a lot.

Within a few sessions of meeting with Jill, I found out I had the power within me to make the smallest changes with the biggest effect I could ever imagine!!

I used to walk around with what I can only describe as a grey veil over my eyes. I tried to do everything, but actually doing nothing to my satisfication. My kids were plain, my life was plain, my work was plain.

With Jills help, I have had the courage to change jobs, give myself a rest day without beating my self up because I havent got tea ready by 5pm. My kids enjoy being with me because I have time to do small things often with them. I am learning how to feel again!!

Without Jill, I would be still looking through the veil, into the grey, and not seeing the sun radiate through my daughters hair when I style it for her. Not noticing how organized my son is when he reads through a puzzle book making notes to use later as clues. Not much on paper but my son is badly dyslexic and my daughter hates her hair, its a beautiful rich ginger.

Running my own successful business has been a dream of mine for as long as i can remember, however despite all my great ideas and plans i never seemed to get off the starting blocks.

Working with Jill helped me to understand that my biggest obstacle was myself, i had very little belief in myself and fears of failure and rejection that i was unaware of but tried to hide with my behavior and approach to life.
Through Jills calm and unjudgemental nature, I discovered that the root cause of these problems was that I was carrying years of baggage and bad feelings that until now I was unaware of.

Jill helped me to understand and work through this and to realize the negative affect it was having on my life and potential, she showed me a whole new way to look at and approach things.

I was a ruby hiding under a pile of rubble but Jill chipped away until she revealed the true gem that I really am.
Things are different now and I am on my way to fulfilling my dreams and goals, I am much happier in myself and my life, no longer do I need to hide or pretend. I AM HERE AND I SHINE!!!! and I owe it all to the help and support of one special lady.
